Processing/Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order for shipment. I really aim to get everything out in a timely manner and as soon as possible. Officially licensed designs are ready for shipment 7-10 days after order has been placed as they are made to order.
You will receive shippping notifications in the email you provided at checkout.
Simply Zay is not responsible for lost packages that may occur with USPS. Please check with USPS to get information about your package.

What are your earrings made of?
All of our earrings are handcrafted with high-quality polymer clay, making them super lightweight and comfortable for all day wear!
Are your earrings heavy?
Not at all! One of the best parts about polymer clay is how lightweight it is. Even our larger statement pieces are comfortable enough to wear all day without pulling on your ears.
Are the posts safe for sensitive ears?
Yes! We use hypoallergenic posts, including gold-plated and surgical steel options, depending on the design. Each product listing includes the post type for that specific pair.
How should I care for my earrings?
Handle your earrings with love 💕
• Store them in a clean, dry place.
• Avoid bending them or dropping them.
• Keep away from water, perfumes, and hairspray.
• To clean, gently wipe with a soft cloth or a baby wipe.
Do you accept custom orders?
Occasionally, yes! I love creating special pieces. If you have something in mind, feel free to reach out through my contact page or message me on Instagram @simplyzayco to see if custom spots are open.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days (unless otherwise stated for made-to-order items). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier speed.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Simply Zay ships within the United States only but international shipping is something we’re looking to offer soon!
What if my earrings arrive damaged?
I take great care to package each order safely, but if your earrings arrive damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can make it right.
Can I return or exchange my earrings?
Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale. However, if there’s an issue with your order (like a defect or shipping damage), please reach out; I want you to love your Simply Zay pieces!

Are your earrings handmade?
Yes! Every pair is 100% handmade in small batches with love and care. Each piece is unique, so tiny variations in color or pattern just add to their charm.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Absolutely! Each order comes packaged beautifully and ready to gift. If your purchase is a gift, you can leave a note at checkout and I’ll include a handwritten message for the recipient.
